Enterprise

One organisation, under your control.

Tedooo OS is sold to companies. Roles, permissions, teams, sessions, policy for every Mac, credentials sealed at rest, and a contact who knows your account. Here is how it works, and how to talk to us.

Identity and access

Who is in the organisation and what each person may do.

  • Google sign-in everywhere

The website, the desktop apps and the phone sign in with Google. No passwords are stored by Tedooo OS.

  • Five roles, custom roles on Enterprise

Admin, Manager, Member, Viewer and External. Enterprise layers custom roles on them with permissions picked per role.

  • Permissions per section

Support access, manager, coupons, orders, logistics and disputes; analytics view, manage and query; member management. Granted per person.

  • Teams

Support, marketing and code teams; the phone shows one tab per team a person belongs to, updated live.

  • Invitations and seats

Invite with a role; seats are members plus pending invitations; revoking an invitation frees the seat at once.

  • Sessions and devices

Active sessions per member, an idle sign-out policy for the organisation, and remote sign-out of a phone or a Mac.

Policy for every Mac

What the console decides for Tedooo Code across the organisation.

  • Store prompt text

Off by default: the organisation records lengths, timings, tokens and cost. On, and admins can read the prompts too.

  • Record answered questions

Whether the questions agents asked and the answers people gave are kept.

  • Force board mode

Every session starts from a ticket, so nothing runs without a record of why.

  • Minimum app version

Members on an older build are asked to update before they continue.

  • Team activity

Prompts, questions, cost and tokens per day and per member, and which agent accounts were used.

  • Command filtering

Allow and deny patterns for the commands an agent may run, on the Mac.

Data and credentials

Where things live and how they are protected.

  • Code stays on your Macs

Repositories, worktrees, agent sessions and the local database never leave the machine. Agents run with your own provider accounts.

  • Credentials sealed at rest

Meta, Shopify, Stripe, Gmail, Slack, MongoDB, Claude, OpenAI and Gemini credentials are encrypted under a key ring that can be rotated.

  • The browser never holds a token

The console keeps the API bearer in a sealed, HttpOnly cookie on the server; every call from the page goes through the server.

  • Analytics AI sees aggregates only

Panel’s assistant is off until switched on, and then sees event names and aggregate results, never raw events or people.

  • Shadow mode in Support

Replies recorded, never sent, for as long as you want to evaluate the desk on real mail.

  • Deletion

An organisation can be deleted by its owner; its data goes with it.

Operations and billing

How the service runs and how it is paid for.

  • Hosted by Tedooo

The web apps and the API run on Tedooo’s own infrastructure; the desktop apps are signed and notarised for macOS and update themselves.

  • Rate limits and quotas

Sign-in, push and API calls are rate limited per person; analytics queries are quota-bound per organisation.

  • Per-seat billing

Free for three seats, Small at $99 a month with ten included and 1,000 creative credits, Enterprise on an annual contract, invoiced. Credits top up at $4 per 100; nothing else is billed by use.

  • A named contact

Enterprise organisations get a person at Tedooo who knows the account, not a queue.

  • Release notes

Every desktop release is public, with its version, date and builds.

  • Security questionnaire

Send us yours and we answer it plainly, including what we do not have yet.

What this page does not claim

Tedooo OS has no third-party security certification to show you yet, no published uptime commitment, and no public customer references. We say so here rather than let a list of practices read like a badge. Ask, and you get straight answers about our roadmap on each.

Tell us about the team

Five fields. We come back with a time for a forty-five minute call, on your own data if you like, and you leave it with an organisation set up and the apps installed.

What happens on the call
The apps your team would use, on your data if you connect a mailbox, a Meta account or a project key beforehand; the organisation, roles and policy set up live.
Prefer to try it yourself?
Every app is free for up to three seats. Download Tedooo Code, open Support or Marketing Studio in the browser, and invite two people.
