Getting started
From nothing to an organisation with the apps installed, in about ten minutes.
1. Sign in and create an organisation
Go to the console and sign in with Google. The first time, you create an organisation (its name and time zone) or accept an invitation a colleague sent you. Organisations created on the web start on the Small plan with ten seats; payment is set up later from Settings › Billing.
2. Invite the team
Team › Invite: an email address and a role. Admin, Manager, Member, Viewer and External are the built-in roles; the Free plan invites Admins only. Every active member and every pending invitation counts as a seat.
3. Install or open the apps
| App | Where | Who |
|---|---|---|
| Tedooo Code | macOS app from the download page | Engineers |
| Tedooo Support | support.tedooos.com, or the macOS app | Support reps, with the support.access permission |
| Marketing Studio | marketing.tedooos.com, or the macOS app | Marketers |
| Tedooo Panel | panel.tedooos.com | Anyone with analytics.view |
| Tedooo OS for iPhone | TestFlight, on request | Everyone who wants the pushes |
4. Connect what the apps need
- Support: connect the Gmail mailboxes under Support › Channels, and Shopify, Stripe and Tedooo Logistics under Support › Integrations.
- Marketing Studio: the brand and the products under Settings › Brand; the Meta account and the creative provider under Credentials.
- Panel: create an analytics project under Analytics › Projects and point your SDKs at its key; connect a MongoDB database under Credentials › Data sources for custom queries.
- Tedooo Code: nothing to connect. Sign in from the app; it finds the agent CLIs already on the Mac.
Only Admins see Credentials and Settings. Everything an app reads from the organisation is set there, once.
