Tedooo OS for iPhone

Install

1. Ask your Tedooo contact (or book a demo) to add your team to TestFlight; you receive an invitation by email.
2. Install TestFlight from the App Store, accept the invitation, install Tedooo OS.
3. Open it, choose Enterprise, and sign in with Google. If the browser cannot hand back to the app, “Enter a code instead” takes the code the website shows.

The tabs

Overview is always there. Support, Marketing and Code appear for the teams you belong to (an Admin sets teams in the console under Team › Teams), and update live when that changes. Talk, the circle in the middle, is the assistant.

Push notifications

Notifications › “Push on this phone”. The newest registered phone of your account receives: a support ticket escalated, moved to Needs review or assigned to you; marketing variants ready for review or a planner question; and, through the paired Mac, a ticket reaching Review, an agent’s question or an account switch. A tap opens the item. Account › Devices lists every phone and Mac, with remote sign-out.

Pair with your Mac

1. On the Mac, Tedooo Code › Settings › Mobile › “Pair a device”.
2. On the phone, Code › Scan QR, or Enter code with the Mac’s address, port and code.
3. Both must be on the same Wi-Fi, or on a Tailscale network. The Code tab then shows the board, projects, the inbox of prompts waiting on you, and each session’s terminal or transcript.

Talk

Tap the circle and speak, or type. The assistant reads real numbers and proposes changes as action cards with Approve, Change, Talk and Skip. Customer-facing actions ask “Send it?”; money moves and irreversible actions ask for Face ID. A call keeps going in the background through the system call screen.
