Roles and permissions

On top of the role, permissions are granted per person on the Team page: the Support set (access, manager, coupons, orders, logistics, disputes), the Analytics set (view, manage, query) and members.manage. Enterprise organisations bundle permissions into custom roles under Settings › Roles.
Teams
Team › Teams: named groups of a kind (support, marketing or code). A person can be in several. The iPhone app shows one tab per kind a person belongs to.
Sessions and devices
Settings › Security: the organisation’s idle sign-out policy and every member’s active sessions, with sign-out. Account › Devices on the phone and in the console lists a person’s own phones and Macs.
Credentials
Credentials holds what the organisation lets the apps act with: OpenAI, Gemini and ByteDance keys, the Meta account, Slack, and MongoDB data sources. Support › Integrations holds Shopify, Stripe and Tedooo Logistics. All are encrypted at rest and visible to Admins only. The Marketing Studio’s video and planning models run on Tedooo’s own accounts and are paid for with creative credits.
Plans and billing
- Free: up to three seats, Admin-only invitations.
- Small: $99 a month with ten seats included, $14 per extra seat, every role, and 1,000 creative credits a month. Seats are added from Settings › Billing; changes are prorated.
- Creative credits: the Marketing Studio’s ads cost credits, an image ad and a video ad each at a price set by Tedooo. Settings › Billing shows the balance, when the month’s credits reset, every spend and purchase, and buys more at $4 per 100 credits through the card checkout.
- Enterprise: annual contract, invoiced, unlimited seats, custom roles, a named contact. Contact us to set it up.
- A failed payment keeps Small for seven days while the card is updated; after that the organisation drops to Free until it goes through.
Deleting an organisation
The owner can delete the organisation from Settings › General. Its members, tickets, tasks and analytics go with it.
